I have worked as an Agile coach since 2008. Mostly as a present Coach sitting together with the leaders and teams in the same building or room. Some team members have been working remote from the other part of the world, the core was to keep the teams together as much as possible.

Since the pandemic we were suddenly forced into remote work all of us. It is amazing to see how We just made it work. And how we did it. Still empowerment, growth and a growth mindset. The Self organising, well.. that has been a challenge to be hones, to team up remote seems to be a hard challenge, but it has worked well even though.

Now working remote has become the "new normal" and we can see that the location when hiring new people is not that critical anymore. It has turned out to be an opportunity for me and many more.

Nowadays organisations are looking into hire coaches as me from all over the world and its not always critical to be on site. If we and our enterprices want to grow globally, we must learn to accept and work remote - grow and develop new opportunities And it works. I can guarantee this.

a perfect marriage

A healthy Business who wants to grow and succeed, needs to have a healthy successful Technology to enable and support this.

I have a strong believe that IT should be closely integrated together with the business in order to develop the right services and product needed.

Another strong believe is that we should not separate Business and IT development units just in order to keep the org structure clean. This is to me to keep the "Silos" alive and I have seen no successful collaboration where this is reality.

Stating above I truly encourage and force management into discussions and assesments on the existing org structures and how the full lifecycle is providing value to the customers and users. How to make the Business grow into the future with a healthy organisation structure and motivated people.

Where do we have waste? Where can we do things different? How can we do/ work and think better and smarter? In all cases of theses questions I involve and invite both management and the people doing the work.

Agile Coaching - my good

The Agile Coach work includes a variety of skillset and activities. As a coach I will Educate and Guide into the different Methods. I will facilitate workshops, drive engagement, innovation and ability to try experimenting. I will Coach the teams and Leaders into both hands on and theoretical skills as doing stuff, how to think and also .. how to act.

I will guide among the different methods on a large Scale, what is good with which method and also .. how can it be combined. Today I am an Sr Agile Coach with over 13 years of experience, being honoured with many fantastic assignments in different enterprises, most of them large. To mention some of them, Scania, HM, Swedbank, Tele2, Telenor Pakistan, Dtac Bangkok, Folksam, Hi3Access( TRE), Munich RE Munchen, UC. I built my strong and great background in Nordea Bank having roles as Office Manager, Loan Nordic Department Manager, Development Manager and Project Manager


My special skill is the "People Skill" . I quickly build trust and confident among people which is to build the psychological safety environment needed for change and experimenting.

Maybe my love for people, to see people and business grow strong is my best motivation for these deep skills.

Within 3 months your team will be up and running in doing Scrum / Kanban in a great way. The Scrum master, PO and Team is trained and guided. The team is running the ceremonies with great value and outcome. The Agile principles and mindset are introduced and alive partly and we can see signs of continuous improvements, a self organising team, strong collaboration the customer focus in any work we are doing . We start measure our outcome and team health. We are on a good way towards an Agile team.

Smart organizations look into Dev ops. Dev ops is another set of principles that bring development and operation teams together as One. This requires both "doing" and "being "training as mindset of One Team in focus. Within 3 months your team are fully aware of the Dev ops principles and core capabilities and have start the "rotation" of work in order to become One Team. The value of building internal coaches should not be underestimated. It is engaging, motivating and also great value of take your people on a Journey to become Coaches in the organisation. This is an opportunity to build and create Coach skilled people to support the organization. The number of coached to be reskilled can be up to 10 during a 6 months period.

To create an internal Agile Coach academy can be a good competence journey when the organisation wants to scale Large.

The Journey includes start from Awareness to internal Examination.

The Academy will include a Coach Journey including trainings, coaching sessions, examinations, test etc.
